The delivery center manages the actual execution, monitoring and delivery of AI projects.

Overview#

Project Management#

Project-level Authorization#

Operations inside a project are authorized by project roles, independent of tenant roles (owner/admin/member) — a tenant admin has read-only access in projects they're not granted a role in:

Key points:

1. Member management: project detail → Members tab (project owner only); add from tenant members and grant project roles. Available throughout the lifecycle — before entering the delivery phase, manage the team in the "Project Members" block at the bottom of the project detail page; after entering delivery, the delivery project's "Members" tab shares the same data (both entries are consistent)
2. Button visibility: action buttons show/hide by project role (e.g. only PMs see plan management buttons, only approvers see approval buttons); unauthorized operations are blocked by backend 403
3. My roles: the member list shows your role in each project; permission is decided by "project role + tenant role" dual layer; write operations usually require the corresponding project role
4. The project creator automatically becomes the project owner
5. Enter delivery workspace: the "Enter Delivery Workspace" button on the project detail page appears only after the handoff (delivery project generated); it jumps directly to the corresponding delivery project workspace

Steps:

3. Fill in the details
4. The system computes the risk score automatically
5. Use AI Risk Detection to identify risks automatically
