Overview#

The dashboard shows: current planning status, roadmap progress, approval progress, delivery package status.

Transformation Roadmap#

Path: /planning/roadmaps

The roadmap is the global timeline of enterprise AI transformation.

Steps:

1. Click New Roadmap to create
2. Define stages and milestones
3. Use AI Generate to auto-fill the roadmap
4. Adjust stage timelines and dependencies
5. Link approved L2 scenarios

Roadmap detail page (/planning/roadmaps/{id}):

• Gantt view of stages and milestones
• Dependency visualization
• AI-assisted adjustment suggestions

Planning Plans#

Path: /planning/plans

Plans are the concrete implementation of a roadmap.

Artifact types:

Planning workflow states:

Steps:

1. Create a new plan
2. Link the roadmap and approved scenarios
3. Use AI Generate to create artifacts automatically
4. Manually supplement and refine artifact content
5. Submit for approval (at least 5 artifacts required to submit for review)
6. Publish after approval

Plan detail page (/planning/plans/{id}):

• Artifact list and editing
• Approval status tracking
• AI generation control
• Resource allocation

AI-generated Planning#

1. Click AI Generate on the plan page
2. The system generates artifacts automatically from L1/L2 data
3. Status is generating during generation
4. Becomes draft when done; edit manually as needed

Delivery Package Management#

Path: /planning/delivery-packages

The delivery package is the L3→L4 handoff.

States:
