Business Flow

Neurexio drives the enterprise AI transformation lifecycle through six centers. The lifecycle does not end at L4 delivery — L1→L2→L3→L4→L6→optimization→re-assessment forms a continuous value loop.

Key Mechanisms

Handoff Packages

  • Assessment Package (L1→L2): assessment report, scoring matrix, evidence summary, AI insights and suggestions. States: draft → reviewed → published → frozen.
  • Delivery Package (L3→L4): the standard handoff of planning outputs. States: draft → reviewed → approved → released.

Approval Workflows

Approvals run through the whole flow: decision approval (L2 scenarios), planning approval (L3 plans), delivery approval (L4 task deletion/budget changes/milestone publishing), optimization approval (L6 proposals). The approver's view is centralized in the workspace Approval Inbox.

L6→L1 Re-assessment Flywheel

After applications go live, the daily AI operations brief suggests an L1 readiness re-assessment when:

  • Application health status is critical (manually flagged in the app registry)
  • ROI relative deviation ≤ -30%

Re-assessment is an enterprise-level manual process — go to L1 "Readiness Assessment" and initiate it using current operational data (success rate/cost/user feedback) as evidence.

Automatic Knowledge Capture

The system automatically creates knowledge assets when business objects are created: assessments and reports become enterprise knowledge, decision scenarios become scenario memory, planning artifacts become methodology, delivery projects/tasks/milestones become project memory.
