Quick Start

Access the System

Open the system URL in your browser to reach the login page.

Sign Up

Registration uses an invite-code mechanism; obtain an invite code first:

  1. Click Apply for Trial on the login page to open the registration page
  2. Enter the invite code (case-insensitive; automatically uppercased)
  3. The system validates the code and shows the invitation type:
    • PLATFORM code: creates a new tenant (fill in organization name, Slug and workspace name); the plan is specified by the code
    • TENANT code: acts as a referral code — it also creates a brand-new starter tenant and automatically records the referral attribution (you do NOT join the code owner's tenant)
  4. Fill in the registration form:
    • Email (required, used as the login account)
    • Name (required)
    • Password + Confirm password (required)
  5. Click Register
  6. After successful registration you are automatically signed in and redirected to the workspace

💡 You can also register directly via a parameterized link: /register?invite=XXXXXX

💡 Platform invite codes can specify the plan: platform admins may choose a target plan (target_plan) when generating a code; new tenants registering with it get that plan directly (falls back to starter if missing or disabled).

Sign In

  1. Enter email and password on the login page
  2. Click Sign In
  3. The system detects the account type and redirects:
    • Platform admin → /admin/dashboard
    • Tenant user → /workspace

The sidebar is collapsible and groups menus:

💡 Menus are role-dynamic: members don't see "Approval Inbox" or the entire "Platform Management" group; platform admins see the admin-only menu (dashboard, tenants, branding, invite codes, users, LLM).

Top Bar

The top bar contains: collapse/expand button, workspace selector, language switcher, notification bell, approval badge, user dropdown menu.

AI Dock

A 56px circular floating button at the bottom-right; click to open the Copilot panel. See AI Copilot.

Profile Settings

  1. Click your avatar/name at the right of the top bar
  2. Choose Profile from the dropdown
  3. In the dialog you can:
    • Change avatar: click the avatar area to upload a new image (jpg/png, max 2MB)
    • Change name: click the dashed area next to your name; press Enter or click outside to save
  4. View personal info: email, role, status, creation time
